First of all no contact isn’t gonna help. You need to talk things out like what changes you need from him and see if he’s willing to work on it

as a girl that just went through this, we broke up, he reflected for like a month and a half how he wasn’t giving me even close to bare minimum and now it’s better than i could have imagined, it could work, or it could not, it really depends on your situation
