Coming from a white woman, I don’t think we will ever get past racism, it’s so embedded into society and our governments that it will never truly go away, there are too many people who find it too easy to place the blame on minorities because they know a lot of people will just go with it. Don’t worry this wasn’t really an actual question 😭 as a black woman I’m painfully aware that it’ll never really happen. I’m just tired of scrolling on social media and constantly seeing people justify, defend horrible actions, and infantilize some women but the second the woman is black suddenly she’s satan himself whether what she did was bad, not a big deal, or even if what she did was good
