It’ll still track your sleep and vitals but it won’t buzz and the alarm will go off on your phone instead.

I have my watch set where it doesn’t buzz with normal phone alarms but the sleep schedule thing is stupid and wont let me turn the watch alarm off and the buzzing doesn’t wake me up but I like the sleep schedule alarm sounds but sleeping with my watch locked fixed this issue
