OBVIOUSLY I don’t want to, but I don’t have a choice. I am almost considering doxxing him somewhere just so I can get him fired or something but it’s just so bad for immigrants like my bf and no one cares! It’s so infuriating waking up to comments saying “lol just dump him and get with a real American (white)” or “trumps done nothing wrong!”

You have a choice. The numbers I provided will look into the situation and take appropriate action to 1. Make sure he isn’t abusing his position and 2. Fire him. If you have any kind of proof, you need to take this seriously. The numbers I provided are people whose job is only to deal with these kinds of situations. They don’t know your ex and they won’t protect him. They’d rather cut a rando employee off than open up liability protecting one.
