I’m assuming it’s taking someone’s temperature rectally. Sometimes shoving a thermometer up the ass is the most accurate way to take somebody’s temperature

Yes! I worked at an animal hospital and we took most of our temps rectally. You get used to it with animals at least lol

as a student vet tech, it’s not that hard to get used to w/ animals bc they’re… well, animals. but people??? i think i’d rather fling myself off the roof before shoving a thermometer up another person’s ass 😭😭

Yeah lmaoooooo there’s a reason why I work with animals and not people 😭😭😭 I couldn’t imagine taking a grown ass man’s temperature up the ass no thanks I’d rather do animals
