This is completely correct. You need to change the angle sometimes and also make sure your fluid intake is high and you're well lubricated. It does take a lot of experimentation but I can pretty much squirt by myself now.

I do, but it doesn’t do much for me. I prefer just using my hands. I’m on meds but not ssris or anything and my psychiatrist said they shouldn’t affect that
