I think as long as there's no pain with the popping you're ok. Did you injure your hip before?
Yeah same. It’s been three moves in a row for this workout I put on that I literally can not do it sucks
Doing the same thing on my right side is completely fine
Anytime I have to bend and then straighten my hip, it pops like crazy
There’s no pain but it just kinda Icks me out and when it’s every single time I put my leg down I can’t deal with it idk. And not that I know of.
I don’t think that’s the best way to describe it but idk I just hate it
