Normalize making friends irl instead of all digital. Go out and make friends the old fashioned way. It feels more natural, and you’ll feel way more accomplished. - someone who has tons of online friends and still feels lonely.

I’ve found some good friends from a social club in my city!! I also like the app Geneva it shows local clubs in your area and the group chat for them !

Omg thing that helps imo is when making a connection digitally try to bring it out into the world as quickly as you can; like, you can even be like “you seem cool, idk if you have availability in your life for that rn but I’ve been looking to make some new friends and I was wondering if you’d want to hang out some time”
