try doing cleaning, walking, and other activities in one hour bursts with breaks in between so you don’t overwhelm yourself and go right back to the same stuff the next day

take a shower, clean a specific place in your room (laundry, desk, floor, closet, bed) wtv usually picking one section to start off with can kickstart me into coming out of my funk and if not at least my laundry is done while i rot yk? best of luck to you boo i hope you get to the other side of yours soon

force self to sit outside without shoes on, maybe a joint and a journal

do self care stuff. shower, give yourself a scalp massage while washing your hair, takes some walks, clean a bit, and pick up a new hobby or two. i’m sorry you’re feeling this way, and you got this!
