Girlies, I need to know if I am overreacting. Today I was showering with my partner and I asked him not to spray water in my face, I don’t like it and I also mentioned he doesn’t like it. His response was “don’t use my trauma to rationalize that”. 1/2

I was just giving an example. It then made me spiral and start thinking about how much I dislike s3x because something happened to me as a child. He knows, yet has no problem teasing me when i want to go weeks without it.

teasing an abuse victim in any context is cruel and disgusting. he does not respect you, and i hope you can find the strength to really see that and make an appropriate decision about your future with him
