I’m not making fun of anything? I’m just asking. I’ve also seen people with plump lips over line as well. I’m not saying it looks awful it just looks a little wonky sometimes

That’s what I’m trying to say, I understand overlining a little bit, and 99.9% of the time it looks good, but you’ll also see people overline almost to the bottom of their noses and I don’t understand that kind of overlining.
