love when people call a collection “overconsumption” like the person isn’t aware they have a more than average amount of something. like wow, i actually didn’t know most people don’t have 143 decks of cards 💀

It’s just another buzzword atp :/ overconsumption is entirely removed from collections and has much more to do with wasteful purchases. Like repeatedly buying an outfit and throwing it away after wearing it once, or buying a ton of food just to let most of it go bad.
