Take things slower- warm up first, if you’ve never done insertion I’d get comfy with that/ and then maybe have him finger you? It probably takes a lot of trial and error, and don’t expect things to go perfect or that either of you finish, it’s more abt the journey n all that (coming from a complete virgin btw)
