In that case, you’ll want to avoid depo provera and specifically seek a combo method with breaks/placebos. Ask your doctor for a combo pill, ring, or patch.

I also use vienva and I think it works pretty well and I would recommend it, although I will say I was nauseous for the first week I was on it but after that I personally have had any negative side effects
