the prices are outrageous now. i was looking for a wristlet to hold my ID and keys and i figured id check shein and amazon. one on shein was FORTY DOLLARS?! like what the hell i’ll buy a lulu one at that point

not to mention the clothes are made of plastic and full of PFAs and shit. they’re gonna fall apart and get damaged after a few washes. you might as well dress in garbage bags. thrifting second hand good quality clothing lasts much longer and you don’t need to buy more so it’s more cost efficient over time
