And people are so judgy about alcohol not being allowed at my wedding. 90% of the people that are invited do not drink and I’m not about to hurt sober family members or upset my grandmother who has trauma from both her parents being alcoholics

Gotta find better people/friends. I don’t drink alcohol and always ordered nonalcoholic drinks when I’m out. Only ever had one person pry about it and he was a douche anyway, but no one’s ever batted an eye.

Nowhere close to getting married but ppl also judge abt this so hard in front of me. I drink, but my dad used to be an alcoholic and my mom just absolutely hates drinking. The rest of my family is also very religious and if they’re drinking, it’s certainly not at religious events like a wedding.
