I used to but I HATED it it’s so uncomfy and so hard to clean so I had mine taken out

My orthodontist was annoyed I didn’t get one after I finished Invisalign but this is exactly why I refused 😭

hi green cookie i am salem cookie undercover but its to prevent the teeth from shifting when you grow older like ur jaw / genetics- its supposed to be more convenient in the long run

I asked my dentist if I should have mine out and she was like lol I had mine removed
