I’m not going let her beat me I think I’m just going stick it out and hope it goes okay and just hope she doesn’t try any of that on me again I mean I’m 4’11 and she’s almost 6 foot so I can’t really do anything if she does tho

i worked for my university’s housing department… you can absolutely be placed somewhere different when it involves SAFETY. you need to contact the director of housing, assistant directors, community coordinators, etc. and make it clear this isn’t basic personality differences she ABUSED YOU. be very specific and clear about what she did to you. CC the president of the university if you have to.

As someone who was given swirlies in primary school, I was informed by a lawyer recently that they can constitute attempted murder. Something you can bring up when you go above whoever’s head that you’ve talked to so far.
