Married and have kids since I graduated high school. When I went to college they saw it more as a way for me to meet a rich man to marry. Graduated single and they were pissed. Told them I got into grad school and they told me they “need babies.”

this is so real but for my grandma for some reason(?) she had my mom when she was 30 and is always telling me to have kids soon, on the other hand my mom had me at 21, before she graduated college, and they always bicker over it bc my mom wants me to experience life before having kids

If I talk about traveling or moving away or anything they get mad at me. They don’t want me to experience life. They quite literally just want me to lose my identity to becoming a wife and mother and I cannot understand why they’d prefer that life for me
