Reading preliminary findings from the coroner, I unfortunately think both of these deaths are tragic results of the mental health epidemic that our country facing. So sad.

yea:/ i think there needs to be more investigation, the pd seemingly did not communicate well with trey’s family. which i see as a red flag. but yeah absolutely either way, this death shouldn’t be taken lightly.

I’m not sure the policies there specifically but it’s not uncommon for ME offices to be required to perform full autopsies when any unnatural death occurs. I’m sure more will come to light over the loss of these two individuals soon.
