Break it down into smaller parts or subsections of the topic, it will help you get to your word count, I also suggest using an ai tool to help brainstorm

I’ve honestly just told ChatGPT all my overthinking thoughts along with my prompt and current sources and material and just asked it to help me expand, provide in-text citations and then I rewrite what it gives. This way it’s just taking your writing and helping you brainstorm rather than doing it for you. I believe you can do the same with copilot which is bing ai
