Red wine is meant to be had at room temp. It could be briefly refrigerated beforehand or put in a cold glass to cancel out the shower temp. In desperate situations with white wine I use reusable ice cubes which don’t add water.

I do not do room temp drinks. You'd be horrified to know I also put Malibu in it because it tasted too bitter 😭
