It sucks because even if I went out of my way to educate him on why what he said was ignorant and he then understood why that was an ignorant thing to say (which is already too much emotional labor), it still wouldnt fix the issue that I could only come over at 12 am. Last time I was so tired driving back home after that I had to pull over to sleep for an hour before I could get back on the road safely
