I’ve been working out daily and I really hate it. So much. And I’ve tried basically everything. The only thing I like is feeling accomplished after I’m done. I so desperately want to be one of the girls who loves working out 😭

working out in the morning is nice bcuz the shower after is really satisfying. i’ve been working out 5 days a week for a year. i do NOT enjoy that shit. so i find other things related to it that make it fun lol

maybe you’re doing the wrong kind of workout? you might not enjoy the classic treadmill cardio/weightlifting. what about a dance exercise video that’s more fun, or yoga, pilates, spin class, or committing to just a walk and allowing it to become a run if you feel like it

I’ve been trying for like a week to get myself to work out asap in the morning and it’s not working 😭 I’ll wake up and be like ugh nooo I don’t want to do rn and sleep more just to put it off even. Then I’ll wake up and be like ok after I eat a little breakfast. Ok after this video. And then before I know it it’s 2am and I just don’t want to. But I make myself get it done at some point..

i get around that by telling myself “i’m not allowed to do this until i work out” like a nice shower, bed rotting, resting, it all had to wait until i work out, and it’s like a reward when i finish

I’ve tried that too and it’s also not working but I need to keep trying. I have gotten to a point where I have my diet completely under control without making any excuses but I can not get myself to that point with exercise I just hate it so much

The thing is, I literally have done every single one of these things.. lots in my own time and my school had these workout classes of all types. Spin, HIT, dance, yoga, etc. Like yes there are things I like more than others but I overall hate all of it 😅
