I’ve been trying for like a week to get myself to work out asap in the morning and it’s not working 😭 I’ll wake up and be like ugh nooo I don’t want to do rn and sleep more just to put it off even. Then I’ll wake up and be like ok after I eat a little breakfast. Ok after this video. And then before I know it it’s 2am and I just don’t want to. But I make myself get it done at some point..
