uh oh somebody deleted their comment lol 😭😭 guys all this post was saying was that we shouldnt put marriage on a pedestal. get married if u want. i just think that as a society we'd benefit from not putting so much emphasis in marriage, or relationships in general.

As someone who’s in a very healthy and happy marriage, I often forget so many people get married to people they don’t even like just because it’s “what you’re supposed to do”. Same with having kids.

I went to a ring by spring college and I think every single one of them is insane. Many of these couples are first time daters too, so they’re just settling for the first person willing to date them
