exactly. i REFUSE to lower my standards by any means and don’t tolerate bullshit. people always tell me i’ll end up alone forever with this mindset but i honestly don’t even care

… I mean yes definitely, but also I was voicing that I’m realizing I’m just becoming more and more distrustful without being in a state where I want a relationship so I know when I do want one and I encounter that person that it’ll be a lot of work on their part
