It’s usually not planned, sometimes fwbs devolve into situationships that are a lot more messy and confusing

i don’t think ppl do situationships on purpose. i think a situationship is when one person wants a relationship and one doesn’t, or you’re fwb but have romantic feelings for each other so ur not just friends

I always interpreted situationships as both people almost acting like a couple (like intense flirting and always being around each other) but no one will confess any feelings or label it. So like you’re in a situation where it seems like you’re in a relationship, but not.

I see a situation ship as any relationship that isn’t really layed out the rules for. Someone likes another person but they won’t talk about it, or one person acts like this but they mean that- whatever it is.

Yeah, that’s how I saw it. I just keep seeing situationships being described as basically fwb but without the label /‘s it’s confusing me a lil. I do have a tendency to unintentionally use words incorrectly and I just wanna make sure I’m not doing that 😂
