Beyond it not really having much emotional depth, they way they defeated Vecna didn't even make sense. 😭 it was such an anticlimactic fight and not very different from the ways they "defeated" him in the past that didn't last.

Also they apparently forgot that they established that Vecna can just yank people out of thin air (like he did with Holly in vol 2). Like he must of just chosen not to and let them attack him??

And they decided that El, the girl who spent her childhood isolated and without real connection, is going to be "rewarded" by living out the rest of her life alone. And everyone including Hopper and Joyce will never know?

And they never addressed that painting Will made for Mike in season four (which he claimed El commissioned) but they put it up in Mike's room in the end? Like will he forever think it was from his "dead" ex girlfriend? And it feels weird to never acknowledge that Will's feelings were toward Mike.

EXACTLY there were so many things they just completely ignored that if they had taken more time and included them, it would've been such a better finale
