I need girl advice. I wanna switch my major as a sophomore and I’m honestly just scared about my future. I’m not doing good in any of my classes and didn’t last year and I just don’t know what to do. Any words of wisdom or affirmation or even advice??

Some people never choose and some get the degree they went to school for, yet go back to pursue a different career path. We’re all on our own journey and heading in our own directions at our own pace. I changed my major as a sophomore/junior and tacked on an extra year to my studies because of it, yet I’m happier than ever and the future doesn’t seem as bleak

And besides, don’t stress about grades or not doing well in your classes. Obviously we all want to do good in school, but you’ll be getting the same degree as the 4.0 students. It’s okay

From my (admittedly limited) experience, they don’t care about your GPA after a certain point. Most of the career jobs I’ve applied to only want a 2.5 or 3 and anything above that doesn’t do much. Basically, don’t stress over the small stuff.

I also changed my major sophomore year and am graduating on time due to summer classes
