i only take placebo weeks 4 times a yr and my refill schedule is now fucked up because my doctor forgot to update the refills to be sooner so i've paid for a pack of pills twice this yr and prob will have to do so 2 more times 🤩

Def see if the prescription can be written in a way that accounts for skipping placebos! If it’s not, you’ll slowly be refilling earlier and earlier until insurance considers it too early. If updating your prescription isn’t accessible, there is an OTC birth control, Opill.
