Nexplanon (implant if you want short term couple years), IUD if you want long term

The ring has the most similar maintenance schedule (monthly), the implant has the most similar administration (a needle), and norethindrone (progestin-only-pills) and levonorgestrel (IUDs) have the most similar progestins, so they should have ballpark similar side effects. Personally, I really like my ring but if I ever switch, it’ll be to the implant.

which one is that? have you had any problems? and do u get a period on it?

IUD, lasts 8 years. Cramping at first, some periods, then none a year later. (I had heavy periods and PMDD before)
