As someone who grew up being picked on bc I was too skinny. I was told by guys in hs that the only reason any guy would want to do me would be if he was a necrophiliac. Because my body was the closest thing to a living corpse. Binge eating is also an ED

I’m actively taking a sociology class that has been talking heavily on how we group people. Harvard has tests that you can take and it times how quick you are with assigning words to images of heavier people and skinnier people. On average negative words are more quickly grouped and associated with heavier people per the test.

Bruh exactly like it’s frustrating when people who are slim act like being skinny is now a bad thing and somehow equivalent to fatphobia? Like It doesn’t negate their negative experience but babes you’re not oppressed you just had the misfortune of encountering mean and cruel people

A lot of the times the neglect or forget that the frequency of hate is greater for those who are larger. Sure the comments may be just as bad, but statistically larger people experience it more frequently than they do.
