It could be due to stress, pcos, and a multitude of things. This doesn’t mean you’re pregnant automatically. I would go to a standing clinic so they could check you out and maybe get a blood panel done

take another test and if its negative dont stress it. maybe get tested too. it could be so many things not to worry about
