Hey girlies, what are some things I should put into smoothies? Mostly fruit and whatnot. I also want to drink it in place of eating lunch (because I don’t have time for lunch with my classes!) so idk if I should put in a protein powder or smth. Lmk pls!!

I used to work at a smoothie shop! Coconut water if you’re looking for something more refreshing and flavorless pea protein is such a good option for plant milk/regular milk based smoothies

I honestly don’t know, I’ve never made a smoothie and had maybe 2 in my life. I guess something a bit sweet? I’ve also been suggested strawberries and bananas because I love those

Yw!!! I also like adding greek yogurt if I want something heavier and also dates are the best natural sweetener we used them in like almost every smoothie

Always a great combo! Add in some vanilla or plain Greek yogurt, some cinnamon… 🤤
