
Making it a routine, it doesn’t have to be sometime big, work your way up. Wake up in the morning- couple pushups or whatever you’d prefer. Want to go get a fun drink or scroll on your phone for a while? Okay but a small exercise first. Hold your self accountable, things get easier the more that you do it and if you already have a routine/time set a side and scheduled for it. There’s lots of small excersizes that you can do without weights and quickly in your room or wherever
