Don’t use a diva cup, use flex cups! But yes, make the change!!

not at all!!! i went from pads to a cup! there’s a learning curve for sure but it’s so worth it

Cups are hard to use at first, I tried to pull mine out and it was suction cupping my cervix so then now I only use period panties

Aren’t those the same thing. Flex is a brand, diva cup is a style of cup

I use that now too. Just trying to see what’s the hype with menstrual cups bc it’s more natural and reusable
