Really pissed that I permanently damaged my knee. I’ve fallen on it so many various times throughout my life it has never fully recovered. Realllyyyy been flaring up lately

I feel you. I tore two different ligaments in the same knee two years apart. I thought lifting would make it better but it led to a lot of flare ups. Surprisingly, for me, running + walking made it better!
