I really need someone to slap some sense into me. My partner and I got into a fight today and I’m just so anxious. I looked at his location and it’s a place I’ve never seen him go. I know it’s so irrational but my brain is like “HES CHEATING ON YOU” stfu

turn off tht phone and go watch a movie. go read. go paint. go talk to a friend. do something other than ruminate on this

I’d like to preface by saying I never get anxious over his location anymore. I literally never check it anymore. At least not until today. I just got curious and that made my anxiety about today’s fight so much worse

Yeah you’re right. I’m probably just gonna go finish writing another chapter of a novel or play sims. Just have really bad anxiety

For real. I have anxiety so bad that when my psychiatrist wasn’t treating it properly (she did not do her job very well and she didn’t care), I thought I had a chronic illness do 2 YEARS. I’m talking the most unstable periods of my life, weight fluctuations, severe nausea, multi-hour panic attacks, hot flashes, chills, vomiting, shitting multiple times a day (4+)- the works. I mean- it was baaaad
