I love grocery shopping with my mom bc she does not give in to marketing. Gluten free label on something that would never have gluten? Non gmo on a plant that hasn’t been modified? Certified angus beef? All marketing

the GF label on things that you wouldn’t think have gluten can be important, for example: soy sauce, salad dressings, food coloring, mustard, oats, and potato chips frequently have gluten

It’s 10/10 cause they also make amazing in-house hot food and the dairy doesn’t make me bloated and constipated

I’m talking things that have no logical explanation to have it. I didn’t know the food coloring thing tho so that’s great info
