a used 4 runner would be good. u can fit a lot of people and it'll last forever. the stock speaker system is great, but u may need to get a different media control thing put in if you want car play

i don’t like the shape of crvs, and the inside of rav4s are so plain to me

You can always customize the interior, but big agree on an older RAV4. That thing will outlast you whether you want it to or not 😂

The Mazda cx5 or a used Lexus so it’d be in budget have Toyota reliability and more feature

Then good luck finding anything in that price range, I have a crv and it’s great. My sister has a rav4 and it’s also great.

Genuinely haven’t ever had a single car problem with my car, other than needing a new battery but that’s normal every once in a while

i think you'd probably be looking at the 2016 range though because they hold their value pretty well

4tunners are so expensive. They sell the easy 00s w/ 200000 for like 12k

there's a 2016 near me for 18.5k rn, which is what i was basing this off of. my 2019 wasn't too terribly over this budget either.

also dependent on how high OP wants their milage to be. toyotas will pretty much run forever if they're taken care of.
