Definitely try different brands and sizes. I used one that was way too big for me and it hurt so badly. Here is the one I really like. It has a loop so it makes breaking the seal way easier.

I use the size 1! This might be tmi but I’m a virgin and it doesn’t hurt me at all. Anyways. I hope someone sees this and it works for them too. 😭 tampons are way too expensive.
