mine has gotten like a day or two shorter, but my cramps are the same

my birth control made it so I don’t bleed (or very light spotting), but my cramps are just as bad if not worse and they last longer sometimes

yes this happened to me as i got older and more regular

before i started my birth control, my periods were only like 2-3 days long but extremely painful. i’m pretty sure it was related primarily to my mental health though
