No idea. I’m guessing either im not ovulating or i dont produce enough progesterone somehow. I’m taking things into my own hands and getting ovulation tests & thermometers tomorrow to figure out if I’m even ovulating, and when, because that will give me something to work with. I’m not sure why the progesterone is fucked up tho, probably extended periods of not eating regularly (ADHD & post-ED lack of appetite)
