why is weight loss so damn hard. im pre diabetic so im scared but IM SO HUNGRY NO MATTER WHAT I EAT

With my weight loss I focused on cutting out things that affected my health, like processed snacks, soda, anything carbonated, as well as a little bit of bread unless I really need it. Focused on cardio over lifting, and when I feel hungry I started snacking on fruits and veggies

veggie straws have helped me a lot, i think 40 starws in 130 calories (?? i think lmao) 10/10 would recommend. i also drink 3 stanley cups a day 💔

I also added more protein into my diet and stopped going out a lot for food, learned that I do enjoy cooking during this

And it’s SO EXPENSIVE TO EAT RIGHT 😭😭 go to the store and spend a milli on produce that goes bad in 2 days before we can eat it all
