It could just be agitation or mild skin damage! Just make sure to take care of that area, mouths can do a surprising amount of damage to the skin and blood vessels underneath lol

I know it looks like my neck but it isn’t, I swear! It’s chest! I definitely try to stay away from neck hickeys for that reason
