Just found out a couple girls have been spreading false rumors about me at uni. Now so many people hate my guts for no reason. What do I do?

i dealt with this a LOT in high school and let me tell you, best thing to do is to continue on like you know nothing of the rumors. 🤷🏼‍♀️ always fun when i had to say “wow you’re gullible, huh?” to people. plus then when people hear it and have the balls to say something, you can act like they’re the ones breaking the news to you with rumors about yourself lol.
