Girl this same thing literally happened to me 😭 he and I started dating in 2023 when he wasn’t MAGA, but he somehow became MAGA in July 2024. That’s when we broke up. It wasn’t easy in that moment to breakup given our good memories being fresh at the time, but I’m so happy and free today!!

my ex was always slightly more republican but that didn't bother me until we saw a palestinian flag out in public and he was so pissed off that "someone was supporting the wrong side of the war" and when i proposed the idea that maybe they're actually just palestinian he gave me a statistic of how many in our area were and said it couldn't be. now i have a photo from after we broke up if him holding an "in musk we trust" shirt
