Have you had your eyes checked recently? I wear glasses/contacts but frequent headaches at night are usually a sign that my prescription has changed and I need new lenses

I got them checked and got new glasses sometime last year or the year before but I can’t go right now because I just moved and I don’t have health insurance here. The last time I went he said he was going to change my prescription so I would stop being over reliant on my right eye.
