we gone on three dates so far and in person it’s really great but i feel like there’s not much communication. i do really like him and he’s told me before that after work he’s just exhausted and has to get ready for the next day, and isn’t really on his phone a lot to begin with. as an ems person myself, i understand the field. i don’t want to sound clingy or anything but ive told him from the get go that i want a relationship and he said he does too but right now is hectic for him. idk what to

do. i feel like im going crazy. i honestly get alittle upset because he’ll send me instagram reels or i’ll see he’s active but hasn’t responded to my text. on the other hand, there are times when i do the same thing after a 12 hr shift and just don’t have a big social battery. i just don’t know how to handle the situation

I’ve been in situations/and relationships like this before, it never gets better. It’s simply about the person’s priorities, if he wanted to communicate with u more he already would have. It’s one of those things where u need to decide whether or not this situation meets your needs and is what u want. It doesn’t matter how nice he is, if he’s active on other platforms or sending reels and he’s not initiating actual conversation regularly, it’s because he doesnt want to put in the effort to.
