Affirmations really helped me. Looking at the mirror and telling me that i love myself, need put myself first, and that no one opinion matters. Saying all that to myself really helped. I’ve gotten so much better with my depression. My anxiety is still pretty bad but now i can actually go out in public and speak to strangers better, i still struggle tho
